I have lived here for 2 years and its an amazing place to live. The staff in it entirety is nothing but professional. Ive had complaints put against me and put out on others the during this process they were always unbiased and fair. I can assure anyone that decides to live here will enjoy it and be happy. We all know there is always going to be that one, sometimes two or three, that think the rules dont apply to them and if they throw a big enough tantrum then they will get what they want. Im not going to say any names but his comments are below mine. Is this place perfect? No Nothing is in life but we all take the good with the bad and right now for everything these ladies deal with they do an amazing job and try their best to keep all happy. Thank you for all that you have done and will do for us all here in the future.

I have lived here for 2 years and its an amazing place to live. The staff in it entirety is nothing but professional. Closest apartments to Vandenberg. Older but fairly well maintained. Covered parking is nice.

Management and maintenance people are very friendly and very competent. They do what they can with the lawns and all but water is in short supply. There is not much noise [to me that is the biggest factor in apartment living]. The walls aren't thin. I've always been insulted by apartments where I could hear other tenants.. cheaps%^t builders have always made me want to move to France but that hasn't crossed my mind in the months I've lived here. The only move I want to make is to a bigger apartment maybe...

Management and maintenance people are very friendly and very competent. They do what they can with the lawns and all but water is in short supply. There is not much noise [to me that is the biggest factor in apartment living]. The walls aren't thin. I absolutely loved living at this place! I loved having a work out room, pool and jacuzzi and a pool table in the clubhouse. The managers were great too. I would've stayed longer but the job and boyfriend situation changed so I had to move...Thankfully there was another Towbes Group property where I ended up...more on that in my next review.
